Each participant will be in a specific group and will be able to participate alongside the teacher while creating materials and preparing for classes, and will prepare specific sequences of classes. After each lesson, the teacher will give new and new tips and new tasks to do. Thanks to these tasks, every trainee will realize the multitude of every class at school. Some activities will be recorded by us and later analyzed in the forum. We will evaluate many aspects eg. Implementation of specific tasks, behavior of the teacher during classes, communication with students or interactions between students during the lesson. Practitioners will be able to refer to all tips and remarks and ask questions.

Erasmus   is part of the Europe 2020 Education and Training 2020 and Rethinking Education strategies. They cover all initiatives for education, training, youth and sport. Education covers all levels: school, vocational education, higher education and adult education. Erasmus   combines existing programs in the Lifelong Learning Program and international higher education programs: Mundus, Tempus, Alfa, EduLink and bilateral programs, in addition to the Youth in Action Program.
The new program focuses on formal and informal ways of teaching outside the EU, achieving by calling for internationalization. It opens to other countries, with the aim of improving educational and training opportunities and increasing the employability of students and future employees.
Scholarships are intended for teachers staying in the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Switzerland and Macedonia. These scholarships can cover most travel, accommodation and course fees. Teachers can not apply for funding from the Erasmus   Program themselves. All applications must be managed directly by the institutions.

Types of ELE Courses for teachers and goals

First option is individual ELE Training Course, which lasts min. a week. The lessons take place in the morning from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Another option is the Intensive Introductory Course for ELE issues. It lasts 4 weeks, during which you will take part in 60 ELE classes. You can participate in an internship option which lasts 2 weeks.
